Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent
• 5–10 years maintenance experience
• Routine maintenance skills

Responsibilities

• Ensures equipment is maintained and operating at full capacity.
• Schedules and documents checklists and inspections.
• Oversees work orders and project scopes to ensure quality and cost control.
• Directs staff engaged in general property upkeep.
• Promotes guest service excellence and safety across the property.
• Involves energy conservation programs to minimize expenses.
