Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises seeks a Chief Engineer to lead the property engineering team, ensure safety and reliability of hotel systems, and drive maintenance operations and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate has prior hotel engineering or maintenance leadership experience, strong knowledge of building systems, and excellent team development and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel or facility maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, life safety, HVAC, and fire protection.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repairs and routine maintenance of hotel systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical).
• Manage budgeting, safety compliance, inspections, and purchasing for engineering.
