Job summary

OTH Hotels Resorts seeks a Chief Engineer to lead engineering and maintenance operations across the property, ensuring facilities, equipment and systems run efficiently, safely and in compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of maintenance/engineering leadership, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and safety/compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the engineering and maintenance team.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and capital projects.
• Manage daily operations of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Ensure safety standards, codes, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and hotel leadership to optimize projects.
