Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day engineering operations and ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems run optimally.
• Lead, train, and supervise the engineering team; manage schedules and staffing for 24/7 coverage.
• Manage preventive maintenance, energy usage, and cost controls across the property.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and management to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines.
• Plan and supervise renovations, refurbishments, and major construction activities.
