Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5–10+ years of maintenance or engineering and leadership experience, preferably in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Department Oversight: lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team.
• Operations Management: oversee daily building systems and preventive maintenance programs.
• Guest Experience: ensure safe, comfortable, and fully operational environments for guests.
• Financial & Budget Management: develop and manage the engineering budget and control expenses.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: ensure compliance with codes, safety regs, and inspections.
• Energy Management: monitor energy use and drive efficiency improvements.
• Project Management: oversee renovations and capital projects from planning to completion.
• Collaboration & Communication: coordinate with other departments and leadership.
