Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in hotel accounting or related field.
• Must be proficient in Windows, spreadsheets and hotel systems.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Manage cash flow statements, receivables, payables and deposits.
• Monitor revenues/expenses and explain variances to management.
• Support capital planning and ROI assessments for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with licenses, leases and taxes.
• Prepare and review financial reports in line with policy.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank statements.
• Develop and audit internal controls across departments.
• Lead recruitment and development of accounting staff.
• Train accounting team and maintain competency standards.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and safe operations.
• Direct financial reporting deadlines and management meetings.
• Oversee daily hotel operations reporting and sensitivity to deadlines.
