Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Principal Segment Sales Lead to drive growth in the Host Networking segment for AI infrastructure. You will lead the go-to-market, engage with hyperscalers and AI labs, and coordinate across product, engineering, and marketing to secure design wins and scale deployments.

You will shape customer-specific value propositions, manage pipeline, and present complex technical content to executives.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience driving sales and go-to-market strategy for data center networking, cloud infrastructure, or infrastructure software.
Proven track record closing strategic networking, silicon, platform, or infrastructure design wins with hyperscalers or large-scale customers.
Experience launching and growing new product offerings for AI infrastructure, directly with customers and via partners.
Strong ability to present complex marketing and technical content to executives.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop and close strategic design wins for DPU and SuperNIC solutions with lighthouse AI labs and hyperscaler customers.
Build and execute the segment sales strategy for host networking across hyperscaler platforms and AI factories.
Define customer-specific value propositions and lead cross-functional teams across product, sales, and engineering.
Promote NVIDIA host networking products externally and internally, highlighting AI workloads, latency, security, and deployment efficiency.
Manage opportunity pipeline with account teams, map accounts, capture requirements, and align with partners.
Track quarterly business metrics, forecast accuracy, and progress on design-wins.
