Job summary

Kasa, a tech-enabled hotel and apartment-hotel brand, is seeking an Senior Operations Manager to lead on-site teams across multiple properties. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring top-tier guest experiences, while driving revenue and coordinating with partners and vendors.

Based near assigned properties, you will spend the majority of time on-site, implement Kasa standards, and translate data-driven insights into actionable plans that improve performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel management experience with proficiency in property management systems and core hospitality software.
• Strong guest experience focus with proven ability to improve guest satisfaction scores (GSS/NPS).
• Willingness to lead on-site teams and partner with stakeholders to drive revenue and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams across rooms, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and F&B.
• Drive operating profit per unit by increasing revenue and managing costs in collaboration with Commercial.
• Monitor guest feedback and eliminate recurring issues to uphold service standards.
• Champion service and operational excellence within a hospitality-centered operating model.
• Build relationships with local businesses and vendors to support property performance.
