Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality coursework preferred.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service setting.
• Must be fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with service standards and operating procedures.
• Adhere to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of one or more outlets or a portion of the operation.
• Plan and organize work schedules and staffing.
• Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Assist in salary, disciplinary, or staffing actions per policy.
• Alert management to potentially serious issues and guest concerns.
• Ensure staff are trained and certified and have tools needed to perform duties.
• Greet guests, respond to complaints, and implement service recovery guidelines.
• Assist with marketing programs to promote menu items and local campaigns.
• Monitor restaurant performance via guest feedback and financial results; take corrective action as needed.
• Maintain inventory controls, security of cash and assets, and timely replenishment.
• Aim to achieve revenue targets, control costs, and maximize profitability across outlets.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and facilities are clean and stocked for anticipated volumes.
• Coordinate and support special events scheduled for the venue.
