LK Architecture seeks a Senior Architect or Senior Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience, specializing in hotel and hospitality projects. The role supports design and technical execution from concept to completion, collaborating with internal teams and external consultants to deliver brand-driven environments including hotels, multi-family, student housing, and related developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture required.
• Architect licensure preferred for Architect II, not required for Project Manager II.
• 10+ years of experience in hospitality or commercial projects preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of hospitality projects from concept through construction.
• Assist in planning and design of hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
• Prepare and coordinate construction documents using Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Participate in client meetings and present design concepts.
• Apply sustainable design principles and explore innovative materials and technologies.
• Attend project meetings and assist in presenting concepts.
• Perform quality control reviews of documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate between architectural and consultant disciplines.
