Job summary

LK Architecture seeks a Senior Architect or Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of hotel and hospitality experience to lead design and technical execution from concept through construction.

You will collaborate with internal teams and outside consultants to deliver brand‑driven environments, including hotels, resorts, multifamily and related developments, while maintaining schedule and quality. A NAAB‑accredited degree is required with relevant licensure and strong BIM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an NAAB accredited University.
• Licensure for Architect II position; not required for Project Manager II.
• 5–10 years of experience, hospitality or commercial projects preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of hospitality projects from concept through construction
• Assist in planning and design of hospitality environments including hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments
• Prepare and coordinate construction documents using Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Participate in client meetings and assist in presenting design concepts
• Apply sustainable design principles and explore innovative materials and technologies
• Participate in project meetings and assist in presenting design concepts
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency of documents
• Assist with coordination between architectural and consultant disciplines
