A leading architecture and design firm in New York is seeking a motivated architectural professional to manage high-end hospitality projects. Responsibilities include overseeing projects from planning through construction, engaging with clients, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in the architecture or interior design industry, excellent communication skills, and a Professional Degree in architecture. This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule and a salary range of $100,000 to $135,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in the Architecture/Interior Design industry, particularly in high-end residential or hospitality design.
• Willingness to travel periodically for projects outside the New York area.
• Exceptional knowledge of design development, construction documentation and technical detailing.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-end hospitality projects from early planning through construction administration.
• Engage with high-profile clients and maintain communication on project progress.
• Mentor and guide junior staff on the design process.
