The position requires a valid driver's license, a technical credential, 4+ years of related experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License.
Trade/Tech School Trades Certificate or similar certification/licensing.
4+ years of experience in related industrial/trades maintenance or operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with facility maintenance and compliance codes.

Responsibilities

Performs preventive maintenance and technical repairs on complex facility systems.
Diagnoses and repairs on Utility and Infrastructure Systems.
Installs, replaces and maintains building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and controls systems.
Operates and monitors advanced utility equipment and building automation systems.
Maintains vacuum, compressed air, and medical gas systems.
Reads blueprints and Life Safety drawings for task accuracy.
