Job summary

• 2–3 years leading hospice or healthcare teams.
• Knowledge of Medicare Hospice Regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day patient/family care services and ensure high care quality.
• Supervise Hospice Directors of Clinical Services and ensure staffing meets patient needs.
• Monitor compliance with Conditions of Participation and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with regional VP and market executive; manage budgets and expenditures.
• Lead vendor relationships and ensure service quality.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Hospice Directors of Clinical Services.
