Job summary

Compassus is seeking an experienced Hospice Administrator to lead clinical operations across multiple sites. The RN-licensed executive oversees staffing, quality, compliance with Medicare and state standards, and budgetary planning within the hospice program.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory expertise, and a willingness to travel up to 50% across the United States, collaborating with directors of clinical services and vendors to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Leadership experience in hospice or healthcare preferred.
• Strong analytical and budgeting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day patient/family care functions and ensures high-quality service.
• Manages staffing, budgeting, compliance and program performance.
• Ensures adherence to Medicare/State hospice regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinates with Directors, vendors, and regional leaders to solve issues.
• Travel up to 50% across the United States for oversight and collaboration.
