Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• 2–3 years of leadership and nursing experience in hospice or healthcare strongly preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day patient/family care services and monitor quality.
• Manage budget and staffing with Directors of Clinical Services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Lead hospice program operations and vendor relations.
