The role partners with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure patient satisfaction and service quality.

This position requires 2+ years in home care sales, excellent communication and relationship-building, and experience with sales CRM software.

• 2+ years home care sales experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with sales CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Drive referral growth by developing relationships with hospital discharge staff including social workers and RN case managers, area Rehabs and Physicians.
• Represent the agency at community and healthcare events
• Work closely with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure patient/client satisfaction
• Established referral relationships for home care patients. Private pay preferred.
