Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Services to lead our Thurston County home health division. You will ensure regulatory compliance, oversee clinical staff, and support budgeting and policy development in a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate has a BSN with a WA license, 3+ years in healthcare management, and at least 1 year in director-level home health. BLS current; home care experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in healthcare management.
• 1 year minimum in director-level or managerial home health experience.
• Current WA state license.
• BLS certification current.
• Home care experience preferred.
• OASIS knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with state and federal home health regulations.
• Oversee direct and indirect patient services and personnel.
• Mentor and evaluate Clinical Supervisors.
• Assist Executive Director with budgets.
• Hire, train, and discipline personnel.
• Forecast staffing and develop onboarding programs.

Formation

BSN degree

MSN degree preferred

Home health management experience

BLS certification
