• Analyzes quantitative claim and financial data to determine auditing opportunities.
• Reviews claim handling events to gain qualitative understanding.
• Monitors top issues and control gaps related to claim events.
• Plans and executes claim-related audits and projects, individually or with peers.
• Prepares written reports for claims executives recommending remediation.
• Builds and maintains a professional network with claims leaders.
• Facilitates meetings for projects and mentors newer peers.
• Leads multiple projects concurrently.
• May step into a temporary leadership or support role within Claims QA or a claims team.
