CSAA Insurance Group, a leading US insurer, seeks a Homeowner Claims Quality Assurance Senior Analyst to strengthen our claims QA function. This remote role collaborates with claims leadership to audit processes and improve outcomes.

You will plan and execute audits, analyze data, prepare reports for executives, and mentor peers while prioritizing accuracy, risk reduction, and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have 6+ years in property claims, a BS/BA, and strong MS Office skills;

Competenze

• BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 6+ years experience in claims handling required.
• Advanced Degree (CPA, MBA) and audit experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Plan, execute, analyze, and present outcomes of claims-related auditing activities.
• Lead multiple projects concurrently and coordinate with peers and leaders.
• Prepare written reports for executives to drive remediation of identified deficiencies.
• Train newer peers in technical aspects of Claims QA and modeling audit opportunities.
