You will lead multiple projects, mentor peers, and build relationships with claims leaders. The position requires 6+ years in claims handling and a related bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is a plus and familiarity with data analysis is valued.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years experience in claims handling.
• Advanced Degree (CPA, MBA) preferred.
• Auditing experience and data-driven risk detection are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Applies QA techniques to examine output and efficiency of claims processes.
• Plans, executes, analyzes, and presents auditing outcomes for claims.
• Leads multiple projects concurrently and coordinates with peers.
• Prepares persuasive written reports for claims executives and leaders.
• Trains newer peers in technical aspects of the job.
• Builds a professional network with claims leaders and participates in meetings.
