Job summary

Senior Helpers in Monterey Park, CA is seeking a seasoned Senior Homecare Sales Representative to drive growth by expanding the client base and promoting our in-home care solutions to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, hospices, and community partners.

You will develop strategic sales plans, nurture referral relationships, assess client needs, and coordinate with care teams to ensure smooth delivery of services. Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in senior homecare or related healthcare sectors.
• Strong understanding of seniors' needs and family considerations in homecare.
• Excellent communication, rapport-building, negotiation, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities
