Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years proven experience in New Home Sales and/or commission real estate sales.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managerial role.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude and handle confrontational situations.
• Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Lotus Notes.

• Communicate with New Home Consultants and set sales goals.
• Disseminate sales, marketing and product information to the team.
• Prepare sales numbers monthly, quarterly and yearly and monitor activity.
• Set-up and conduct sales meetings and phone bank for sales team.
• Mentor New Home Consultants and conduct performance appraisals.
• Manage staff and ensure Welcome Home Centers staffing and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Marketing to adjust market strategies.
• Visit each community weekly and support Realtor programs.
