Lennar is seeking a Director of Sales to lead division sales staffing, training and administration, and drive division/community sales objectives. You will manage the sales team, coordinate with marketing, monitor performance, and develop Realtor programs as needed.

The role requires a proven track record in New Home Sales, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Expect a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth and impactful community projects.

Competenze

• Minimum high school or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in New Home Sales and/or commission real estate sales.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managerial role.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and handle confrontational situations with tact.

Mansioni

• Communicate sales production demands and goals with New Home Consultants.
• Disseminate sales, marketing and product information to the team.
• Prepare and monitor monthly/quarterly/yearly sales numbers and advise Division President.
• Set up and conduct sales meetings and phone banks as needed.
• Mentor New Home Consultants and lead performance coaching to meet targets.
