Ideal candidates have 3+ years in mobility or real estate, strong communication and documentation skills. The base salary ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 annually, with full benefits and growth opportunities.

• Experience with Real Estate practices, financing, and disclosure.
• Technically proficient across various platforms.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers, coordinating relocation phases.
• Provide counseling on policy, benefits, timelines, and actions.
• Coordinate home sale process including eligibility review, listing, and closing coordination.
• Monitor market conditions and ensure program compliance throughout transactions.
