Job summary

Weichert Workforce Mobility in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Mobility Advisor III - Home Sale to guide transferring employees through the home sale and home finding processes in a hybrid role. You will coordinate complex relocations, ensure policy compliance, and partner with clients, brokers, and suppliers to deliver seamless outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in home sale mobility, international experience preferred, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Real estate license preferred.
• Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of relocation and deliver service per Weichert standards.
• Provide counseling on policy, benefits, timelines and actions.
• Manage home sale process including listing, pricing, market analysis, and closing coordination.
• Advise on home finding and rent-versus-buy decisions.
• Coordinate services by affiliates and external suppliers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage expenses per policy.
• Resolve exceptions and address complex situations.
