Job summary

Habitat Omaha seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead its Home Repair Project Management Team, ensuring safe, healthy, affordable housing through strategic planning and effective contractor oversight.

The role oversees budgeting, scheduling, compliance, and quality, while fostering teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement across the Home Repair Program. PMP/OSHA credentials are preferred for project excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education, training, and experience considered.
• 7+ years of experience in residential construction, home repair, renovation, or project management.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the Home Repair Project Management Team.
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and implementation plans.
• Establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and best practices.
• Monitor performance, risks, delays, and budget concerns and address them proactively.
• Review and approve project scopes, timelines, budgets, and change orders.
