Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process and act as the primary contact for home financing needs. You will work with bankers to introduce clients to additional products and services, while ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.

You'll join a motivated team focused on delivering exceptional service, leveraging knowledge of FHA/VA and FNMA/FHLMC guidelines to support customers in achieving homeownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and adheres to reporting structures.
• Builds as an internal and external mortgage expert and maintains strong customer relationships.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer circumstances.
