Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in San Jose seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan lifecycle, serving as the primary contact and leveraging extensive knowledge of mortgage products. You will collaborate with branch teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in mortgage lending and proven sales in retail banking, plus knowledge of FHA/VA and FNMA/FHLMC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
