Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in New York to guide clients through the mortgage process and deliver sales results. You will be the main contact for customers, leveraging knowledge of home lending products while adhering to regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with branch teams and bankers to deliver a first-class customer experience and promote mortgage originations. The role emphasizes consultative financial guidance and compliance with lending standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers by meeting customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Partners with team to create an outstanding customer experience using centralized marketing and outreach.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds expertise and relationships to provide consultative financial recommendations.
