Job summary

CenterWell Home Health in Nashville is seeking an Associate Director, Home Health Branch Administrator to oversee branch operations, ensure safe and quality patient care, and supervise Clinical Managers. You will participate in revenue and budget planning with senior leaders and ensure regulatory compliance across the branch.

The role requires strong healthcare operations experience, exceptional leadership, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience.
• Outstanding leadership skills with ability to motivate and supervise staff.
• Knowledge of governmental regulations and accreditation standards.
• Fiscal management experience and budget development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• EMR proficiency is preferred (HCHB experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans, implements, analyzes and organizes operations for the Branch.
• Supervises Clinical Manager(s) to ensure quality home care delivery.
• Partners with Area Director of Operations or AVP for budgets and goals.
• Leads quality improvement initiatives and reviews patient satisfaction data.
• Communicates with leadership for problem-solving and program implementation.
• Collaborates with Sales Directors to meet admission and revenue targets.
