Job summary

dcbel Inc. is hiring a Senior Sales Advisor to guide homeowners through the transition to clean, intelligent home energy. You will convert interest into sales, validate eligibility for Ara systems, and own the end-to-end buying experience across digital channels.

You’ll mentor junior advisors and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes while delivering a white-glove customer journey across North American time zones.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in customer sales or retail advisory roles.
• Experience in consumer technology or premium home services (solar, EV charging etc.).
• Interest in energy, sustainability, or electrification.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, chat, email, video to guide purchasing decisions.
• Convert leads into sales and verify home eligibility for Ara system.
• Own the sales process from lead to closed deal and meet revenue targets.
• Ensure a high-quality pre-sales experience with clear installation timelines.
• Explain dcbel’s offering clearly and visualize benefits of a home energy ecosystem.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess home suitability for installation.
• Mentor and support junior sales advisors
• Participate in sales process improvement initiatives
