ICF is seeking a QA/QC Inspection Specialist, Energy Efficiency (Field) based in Maryland to perform rigorous quality assessments in residential settings in line with utility program standards. Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with substitution allowed for experience.
• 1+ year of professional experience in energy efficiency or residential construction.
• Must have a clear driving record and pass background checks.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC assessments in residential homes following program guidelines.
• Conduct detailed field inspections and verify rebate-related quantities and technologies.
• Engage with contractors and homeowners to answer questions on energy efficiency.
• Contribute to program strategy and feature design, and support outreach campaigns.
• Coordinate and schedule QA/QC activities and field inspections.
• Prepare summary reports identifying opportunities found during visits.
• Maintain reliable local travel with mileage reimbursement.
