Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors seeks caring caregivers to provide in-home, compassionate support to seniors. The role involves assisting with daily activities, preparing meals, and ensuring safety in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive.
• Willingness to provide two forms of ID and work eligibility documentation.
• Willingness to enroll in direct deposit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized care in clients’ homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks based on client needs.
• Manage and administer medications as directed.
• Provide companionship through conversation and engaging activities.
• Observe and report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
