Job summary

Assembly HOA seeks a Senior Community Association Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple HOA communities from our Glendale site. This on-site role requires regular presence (minimum 4 days per week) and a focus on service quality using Assembly’s management platform.

You will manage resident inquiries, coordinate with boards and vendors, and ensure compliance with Davis-Stirling Act guidelines while maintaining detailed records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of direct HOA management experience.
• CMCA certification preferred; AMS certification is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with California Davis-Stirling Act regulations.
• Proficiency with digital management platforms and tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple HOA communities, ensuring high standards of efficiency and quality service.
• Conduct regular property inspections, identify maintenance needs, and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Supervise maintenance projects and ensure timely, within-budget completion; support construction initiatives.
