Job summary

Associa is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of community associations in the Minneapolis area. The role involves coordinating with homeowners, boards, vendors and Associa staff to ensure smooth operation and regulatory compliance.

You will travel to client associations, prepare reports, attend board meetings, and manage annual disclosures and financial statements, with CAM I/II salary tracks and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of communities, properties, and HOAs
• Understanding of HOA board roles and Community Association Manager duties
• Proficiency in professional business correspondence
• Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work well with others in person or in group settings

Responsibilities

• Travel to client associations for board meetings, inspections, and events as needed.
• Prepare agendas, reports, and Board meeting packages.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages and annual financial statements for homeowners.
• Update homeowner and association information in systems.
• Coordinate facility inspections and follow-up actions.
• Supervise operations per management agreement and policies.
• Serve as liaison with the Association Board and homeowners.
• Perform administrative and management duties per the Board's requests.
• Promote and utilize Associa tools (calendar, action items, budgets, etc.).
• Review monthly financial reports and present to the Board.
• Advise on major capital expenditures as needed.
