Job summary

Odevo is seeking a dedicated Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of HOA, condominium, and residential communities in Virginia. You will work closely with Boards of Directors to ensure compliance, financial integrity, and asset protection, including preparing monthly management reports and coordinating capital projects.

Responsibilities include contract negotiation, vendor oversight, routine property inspections, preventive maintenance planning, and overseeing budgets and reserves.

Qualifications

• CMCA license required.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of HOA, condominium, multifamily, or residential communities.
• Strong knowledge of association governing documents, including bylaws, declarations, rules, policies, and operating procedures.
• Experience partnering directly with Boards of Directors, including preparing meeting materials and presenting monthly management reports.
• Demonstrated ability to manage association budgets, financial reporting, delinquencies, expenses, reserve projects, invoice approvals, and annual budget preparation.

Responsibilities

• Public Relations: guide and assist the Board, work with the Board President, prepare notices and respond to owner inquiries, represent Odevo to owners, government, contractors, suppliers.
