Qualifications

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• 8+ years of solid experience in personal lines insurance.
• Experience marketing, quoting, and managing both new and renewal business.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of high-net-worth and standard personal lines accounts.
• Handle marketing for new and renewal business, ensuring competitive pricing and coverage.
• Drive retention by building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
