Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Product Manager - HIV in Secaucus, NJ, a hybrid role with three days on-site. You will lead HIV testing product development and lifecycle management across cross-functional teams to drive growth and value delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in healthcare with HIV experience, a strong marketing and product management background, and a track record of shaping business cases and collaborating across functions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years relevant experience in healthcare with at least 3 years in marketing & product management
• HIV Commercial/Clinical/Pharma Experience
• Knowledge of HIV segment strongly preferred
• Understanding of the lab industry and Healthcare landscape

Responsibilities

• Execute stages of product management and contribute to strategic planning for HIV testing
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement HIV products addressing unmet customer needs
• Develop segment annual Operating Plan with Value Delivery partners
• Manage product life-cycle with cross-functional team leadership
• Partner with Marketing on product/solution marketing strategy and mix
• Assess new products to enable prioritization within R&D, IT and Operations
• Generate customer insights to define segment requirements and priorities
• Define and monitor product/sub-segment metrics, e.g., billing programs and prior authorization
