Quest Diagnostics Inc. in Secaucus, NJ, is seeking a dynamic Director of Product Management for Core Infectious Diseases to drive growth, launches, and lifecycle decisions across a high-growth portfolio.

You will lead 2 Associate Product Managers, coordinate with R&D, Medical, Operations, IT, Finance and Commercial teams, and own strategy and P&L. Hybrid role based in Secaucus with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in product management with business acumen and finance understanding.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence across functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Own Core Infectious Diseases product portfolio including revenue growth and lifecycle decisions.
• Lead market research to identify needs and trends; gather input from downstream partners.
• Drive innovation strategy and identify high-value solutions.
• Define target product profile, business case, and rationale.
• Develop relationships with clinical KOLs and patient advocacy groups.
• Collaborate with R&D, Medical, Operations, IT, Finance and Commercial teams.
• Support pricing, coding, and launch readiness.
