The role blends marketing, product management, and value delivery, with a hybrid on-site schedule (3 days/week) and potential annual bonus; requires 5–7 years healthcare experience, including HIV-focused background, and a BA/BS

Qualifications

• 5-7 years relevant experience in healthcare, with at least 3 years in marketing & product management
• HIV Commercial/Clinical/Pharma experience
• Strong self-starter

Responsibilities

• Execute stages of product management and contribute to strategic planning for HIV testing
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement product solutions addressing unmet customer needs
• Develop segment annual Operating Plan (AOP) with Value Delivery partners
• Lifecycle management through cross-functional team leadership
• Collaborate with Marketing on product/solution marketing strategy and mix
• Assess new products/solutions to prioritize within R&D, IT and Operations
• Generate customer insights to define segment requirements and priorities
• Monitor product metrics including TAT, billing programs and prior authorization
