Job summary

You will develop protocols, train providers, maintain updated service directories and build strong partnerships in the community. Requires travel to practices and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of methods for compiling, organizing and analyzing data.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups.
• Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Speaking clearly to convey information to others.
• Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.

Responsibilities

• Visit private practices to educate on routine HIV screening and PrEP/nPEP services.
• Recruit and expand PrEP/nPEP providers in Miami Dade County.
• Develop, maintain and enhance long-term collaborative provider relationships.
• Provide protocol development workshops for HIV services (routine testing, PrEP, TTRA).
• Assist in office duties and the agency volunteer program; participate in events and activities.
