Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, budget, and client communications, while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and providing technical guidance to staff.

Qualifications

• Requires extensive experience in highway design and transportation engineering (15+ years).
• New Jersey Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client communications and stakeholder coordination.
