Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• PE license preferred.
• 10+ years of transportation and highway engineering experience.
• Proven track record managing roadway projects and delivering transportation projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.
• Experience with MassDOT, CTDOT, RIDOT, or NHDOT is highly desirable.
