Metis is seeking a Senior/Principal Engineer to lead highways and transportation projects, ensuring technical excellence and strong client relationships. The successful candidate will oversee multiple schemes, uphold CDM 2015 requirements, and contribute to the firm’s growth as an employee-owned consultancy committed to quality and client service.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in highways and transportation projects.
• Chartered Engineer status.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience supporting junior engineers.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead client, stakeholder and pipeline management.
• Direct project delivery and direction.
• Lead, review and submit highways projects.
• Fulfill CDM 2015 responsibilities.
• Provide technical leadership and approvals.
