Qualifications

• Requires ABET-accredited BS in civil engineering.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certificate and on-track for PE within 1 year.
• 10+ years of civil/highway engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for multiple highway projects and discipline.
• Coordinate with PM and client meetings to understand requirements and provide solutions.
• Plan and manage phases of engineering work for major projects.
• Prepare highway design documents, reports, and memos.
• Review quality and ensure project schedule and budget adherence.
