Job summary

DCSAM LLC is seeking an experienced Project/Operations Manager to oversee total asset management for highway projects within the Memphis, TN area. You will lead diversified teams, develop work plans, monitor expenses, and ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 10+ years in management of maintenance contracts (snow/ice control preferred) and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Strong budgeting, scheduling, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years' management experience related to total routine maintenance contracts, and snow and ice control.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, Civil Engineering or comparable.
• Knowledge of financial goals and terminology; ability to forecast budgets.
• Must be available 24/7 to the project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and operations of complex highway projects/contracts.
• Develop and revise work plans for maintenance within contract specifications.
• Manage all staff including project managers, supervisors, technicians and admin teams.
• Monitor project overheads and ensure resource utilization and expense control.
• Ensure compliance with laws and project terms; coordinate with customer updates and issue resolution.
• Coordinate recruiting, training, and budgeting efforts for projects.
