Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee highway asset maintenance programs, coordinating field crews and professional staff across multiple sites in the U.S.

You will manage planning, scheduling, reporting, and client interfaces to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards. The role demands strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, and excellent communication to guide teams through rapidly changing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in structure repair, PM, team leadership and client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with DOT contract operations.
• Technical experience with road construction or bridge maintenance.
• Strong organizational skills for long-term projects.
• Mentoring/training and motivating teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations for the Division.
• Motivate and develop a team of skilled personnel.
• Coordinate financial planning and budget projections to assist senior managers.
• Tracking/reporting contract performance relative to plan and targets.
• Develop short/long-term maintenance repair plans with PMs.
• Analyze field processes to improve crew efficiency and safety.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for clients and operations.
