• Financials: track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Scheduling: keep projects on track with DOT timelines.
• Contracts: manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Problem solving: work through design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
• Relationships: be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
