Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services, LLC in Memphis, TN, seeks an experienced highway project manager to oversee asset management for multiple contracts in the Memphis area. You will direct project staff, manage budgets, and ensure contract compliance while driving safe, high-quality results.

The role requires 10+ years of management in maintenance contracts (snow/ice control preferred), a civil engineering degree (PE a plus), and strong budgeting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' management experience related to maintenance contracts and snow/ice control.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering preferred; P.E. license a plus.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial goal understanding.
• Available 24/7 to the project site and assignments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and operations of complex highway projects/contracts.
• Develop and revise work plans for maintenance and operations within contract specs.
• Manage all staff including project managers, supervisors, technicians, and administrative personnel.
• Monitor project overheads to ensure efficient resource use and expense control.
• Monitor contracts to maximize operating profits and ensure compliance with laws.
• Coordinate with corporate and field teams on recruiting, training, and budgeting.
• Maintain regular customer contact, provide updates, and resolve issues.
